CHEC FARM RULES
GENERAL Gates – We ask that you please close all gates behind you after you go through them. This includes the lower barn and arena gates and especially the driveway gate. NO EXCEPTIONS! Anyone who continues to leave gates open will be asked to leave the property.
PARKING – Please park on the barn side of the driveway, filling up the space from the lower barn first. Please park in a way that your vehicle does not extend so far into the driveway that others must drive in our yard to go around you. This is best done on a diagonal angle. Overflow parking is across the driveway by the house and trailers.
SIBLINGS – We love our boarders and students as well as their siblings, however respectfully ask that they remain with their parents, on the barn side of the driveway. This ensures our privacy and more importantly, their SAFETY.
GARBAGE – There are several trash cans on the property. Please make sure any trash, including water bottles goes in them. Please do not leave your garbage for the dogs to spread around the yard. CHEC is not responsible for the disposal and hauling of large items such as rubber maid tubs, boxes etc. Please take them to be put out with your garbage
RESTROOMS – Customers are welcome to use our downstairs bathroom located in our house until 7:30pm on any evening. Please use only toilet paper and throw any sanitary napkins in the trash can.
